I have used Abbots for my blinds, carpet and walnut wooden flooring in my house. They are nothing short of brilliant. Cost effective, amazing, proficient and respectful service and the quality of their products are superb.

I can't recommend Abbott's enough. They replaced the grotty carpet we had in two bedrooms with laminate flooring. From the first interactions at the shop, to arranging and then fitting the flooring, they were completly professional, quick and efficient. I only wish we had more carpets needing replacing, so we could call Abbot's up again.

A great family owned business. There are some businesses nearer my flat but was recommended them and am glad I did. Great communication throughout with Shannon and Ben, helpful staff in the store and really speedy ordering and booking date. On the day Matt and Dom were really professional, arrived promptly and completed my flooring so quickly when I expected it to take days. The floor looks amazing but the service is partially why I wanted to leave the review.

As usual Abbott's did a lovely job on my curtains and blinds. Right from measuring up, to helping me with the right kind of poles to delivery and fitting. They are a great team of people to deal with and there is never any issue with anything they make. In addition, they are super helpful and offer really good advice. You really don't need to look further than this company when considering curtains or blinds.

Very pleased with the outcome of the rug I bought from here. Tommy from the store was extremely helpful from start to finish and advised to buy the rug and then get it finished in the warehouse as I was looking for a specific colour and wool rug. The whole process took 2 weeks and I was particularly happy about the customisation and option to add specific colours, shapes and sizes. Any remaining materials he offered to cut for free so he went above and beyond what I expected. The final result was exactly what I was looking for. I would consider them again for other flooring purchases.

Abbott's fitted shutters in three separate rooms including one set of shutters painted with a Farrow and Ball colour to match room. The materials were high quality. the work was carried out quickly and expertly. Will use again without doubt.

My review is rather late, sorry. However I would say this company is brilliant by far miles. I had some Shutter blinds fitted on 2 floors as well as carpet fitted. From start to finish. The day I entered the shop I got a warm, friendly welcome and felt this is the kind of place where I want to spend my money. The service has been immaculate from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodated everything to suit our needs…. We had to have the shutter measurements adjusted due to an error from my part, as after the team measured everything I had some works done. However the shutter blinds were already ordered! They came back to our place, measured and adjusted our shutter blinds for us before delivering and fitting. It is a family run business and everyone works efficiently with enthusiasm. Excellent flooring company. They were helpful at the quoting stage when we were discussing options, and came in as the lowest quote from three. Their work was very good - they came on time and did a beautiful job. There was a lot of large furniture to move, in quite a complicated space and Abbott's did that too, putting it all back at the end. Our flat is transformed and I'm delighted. Very happy to recommend them.

A most pleasant experience to go into a shop to see the different types of blinds & dealt with a pleasant helpful person. Measurement of windows was swiftly done. Installation was earlier than expected. Expertly installed. Love the blinds.. quality in material & appearance !!

We have just taken delivery and installation of a beautiful pair of curtains (and will order more from them for other rooms, in time). The service was both personable and professional and they arrived sooner than we'd expected. Great selection of fabrics to choose from and when our initial selection was over budget they helped us find a cheaper match - which we loved better!

This is the second time I have used Abbott's to kit the house with Luxaflex blinds. The service is second to none.
Even when the first batch of blinds didn't really looked the way we wanted, they mediated with the blind manufacturer and sorted out replacements at no extra cost. No quips, just great service.
