Excellent bespoke carpet for our extensive stairs, delevered with fair pricing and in excellent time. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Abbotts installed new blinds and carpet runners for our new loft. They were responsive, thoughtful about what we wanted, and the care they put into installation was much appreciated.

Sayed is so knowledgeable, friendly, detail oriented and amazing representative! Thanks for all the support

Completely delighted at the exceptional work done by Abbotts on our recent wood veneer flooring. The end result was above our expectations and brilliant service from beginning to end.

Adam and Bryce came and fitted my carpets over 2 days and i could not have asked for better service. Not only were they efficient and proffessional but took care moving my furniture. They done a really nice job the carpet looks amazing j don't want to walk on it as it is so lively. I would recommend Abbots carpets and Adam abd Bryce

We had a great experience and we love the blinds. The team was informed, helpful, and responsive.

Highly recommend Abbotts, had some damaged laminate flooring replaced with engineered wood. The whole process was easy & quicker than expected, very helpful office team and Bryce was an excellent fitter

Had a really good customer service experience with Shannon over the past few days. She was so personable and helpful, it felt like getting my bathroom blinds sorted out was an easy process. Thanks Shannon. The other staff in Abbots are also really pleasant, approachable and it's a nice calm atmosphere in the shop. Would deffo recommend 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Excellent professional service from start to finish. I am very impressed by the duet blinds. Thank you!

We bought Luxaflex blinds for our flat from Abbotts, and I'm so glad we went to them rather than buying online. Their measuring and installation service was first class, and over the years we have had a few parts break (from usual wear and tear) which Abbotts have provided excellent service in fixing. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Having had poor service from a well-know, reputable store, I was anxious to find a company that had expert knowledge and attention to detail for a job that was going to cost me a lot of money. Local, long-standing, independent companies are so rare these days and to have found one that provides faultless, expert service like Abbott's does was amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but had to in this case because I was so blown away by this company. I will be going back for more!

Excellent service from start to finish. We recently purchased both curtains and blinds from Abbott's, and the entire experience was outstanding. Their team provided expert advice, helping us overcome the challenges we faced and recommending the best solutions for our home. The quality of service and attention to detail were exceptional. I would highly recommend Abbott's to anyone looking for professional guidance and quality window furnishings.

Great service, nice showroom! All the people we talked to were incredibly helpful, and we had everything clarified and all questions answered very well. Installation of our blinds went very smoothly and even quicker than I expected after ordering and manufacturing was complete.

Great service. Excellent installation.

The staff here are extremely nice, helpful and patient, especially Shanoan assists us step by step to choose our ideal curtain even we do not have any previous knowledge about this!

We’ve bought various blinds from here over the years. It’s an East End gem. Amazing place. Huge choice of quality (flooring, blinds and curtains and other) and lovely attentive staff who give their time and expertise until you’re happy. They came to our property and eventually found a solution to our absolutely impossible windows, which open inwards. The new blinds have transformed our entire house! A really great family business. Thanks again guys!

Got flooring and curtains done with Abbotts - good attention to detail through discussions before placing orders, care taken with install and overall great service. Happy customer - would highly recommend, plus it’s always good to support local businesses - especially one that’s been in Bethnal Green for a long time!

We had a wonderful experience with Abbotts who were incredibly accommodating and kind. We had a carpet fitted which looks fantastic and we would definitely go to Abbotts again.

Ben and the whole team at Abbott’s did a fantastic job from start to finish on fitting engineered wooden floors throughout my new apartment. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the fitters did an amazing job. I’m delighted with the finished product.

Really helpful and wonderful job - highly recommend!

Super helpful team and really pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Definitely recommend!

Abbotts handled installation of our Duette Luxaflex blinds around 12 years ago. Installation was excellent, and they are still incredibly responsive with any support we need. The whole team is professional and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the very first visit to the showroom to the actual carpet fitting. The requested samples arrived promptly and the estimator was extremely helpful in making some practical suggestions to replace the existing carpet. The fitters on the day could not have been more helpful and moved the few pieces of furniture in the room without complaint. The quality of their work was first rate and I’d certainly be more than happy to use this firm for any future work.
