I can't recommend Abbott's enough. They replaced the grotty carpet we had in two bedrooms with laminate flooring. From the first interactions at the shop, to arranging and then fitting the flooring, they were completly professional, quick and efficient. I only wish we had more carpets needing replacing, so we could call Abbot's up again.

They were very good communicators, did a lovely job. The man who laid our slightly complicated Amtico pattern did a fabulous job, and we are really pleased. Plus quite reasonable, best of various quotes we got.

A great family owned business. There are some businesses nearer my flat but was recommended them and am glad I did. Great communication throughout with Shannon and Ben, helpful staff in the store and really speedy ordering and booking date. On the day Matt and Dom were really professional, arrived promptly and completed my flooring so quickly when I expected it to take days. The floor looks amazing but the service is partially why I wanted to leave the review.
