Very pleased with the outcome of the rug I bought from here. Tommy from the store was extremely helpful from start to finish and advised to buy the rug and then get it finished in the warehouse as I was looking for a specific colour and wool rug. The whole process took 2 weeks and I was particularly happy about the customisation and option to add specific colours, shapes and sizes. Any remaining materials he offered to cut for free so he went above and beyond what I expected. The final result was exactly what I was looking for. I would consider them again for other flooring purchases.

My review is rather late, sorry. However I would say this company is brilliant by far miles. I had some Shutter blinds fitted on 2 floors as well as carpet fitted. From start to finish. The day I entered the shop I got a warm, friendly welcome and felt this is the kind of place where I want to spend my money. The service has been immaculate from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodated everything to suit our needs…. We had to have the shutter measurements adjusted due to an error from my part, as after the team measured everything I had some works done. However the shutter blinds were already ordered! They came back to our place, measured and adjusted our shutter blinds for us before delivering and fitting. It is a family run business and everyone works efficiently with enthusiasm. Excellent flooring company. They were helpful at the quoting stage when we were discussing options, and came in as the lowest quote from three. Their work was very good - they came on time and did a beautiful job. There was a lot of large furniture to move, in quite a complicated space and Abbott's did that too, putting it all back at the end. Our flat is transformed and I'm delighted. We started looking at the blind options for our large windows and came across top down and bottom up pleated blinds, which seemed to meet our needs. We started look at various blind companies and came across Abbott's who are the agents for Luxaflex Blinds. They soon came, measured and reassured us that the blinds we had identified would work well on our large windows. We discussed the options and soon, following the quote, we ordered from Abbotts's and four weeks later we were notified that the blinds were ready and that they could come and install them the following day. This was exactly what we had been told when we ordered.Yesterday all 11 Luxaflex Duette top down / bottom up blinds were installed, neatly, efficiently and all the rubbish and old blinds were removed. They look great from inside and outside and all work really well and it is fun playing with them.Last night we finally had a good night's sleep because the blackout blinds really helped to block the lights.In summary, very professional and efficient services and the team on the phone and those visiting the site are very helpful and polite. They stood out from the other companies in terms of providing the best product for our needs and great service to go with it

Abbott’s Interiors gave us a highly professional service from start to finish. We wanted two large bespoke roller blinds to cover glass doors, which take up an entire wall. They were manufactured and installed perfectly in the time frame given. We also wanted a blind for a sash window, which is situated high up above a stairwell. Abbott’s Interiors worked out the best solution for an unusual and difficult requirement.It would not have been possible to have the blinds we needed in our house had we used an on-line only service. I’m very glad we found such a reliable and professional company to carry out the work.

From initial phone call, we had consultation and measuring meeting within a week, with advice on canopy and frame colouring as well as placement of the awning. Abbott’s is a very friendly, helpful company with an excellent showroom. Tommy answered all my questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. I borrowed 2 large floor samples which gave me a much better idea of the colour and grain of the laminate than the small sample sent by the flooring company. The pricing was clear and although somewhat more expensive than other companies, it was well worth it. I felt confident they would do a professional job - which they did. Graham came to measure and Matt laid the flooring. Both were very pleasant and professional. Matt sorted out the original thresholds to fit. I am happy with my floor and would definitely recommend them.They also have parking at the back of the store.
